In 2020, at age 14, I started taking online cake, cookie, and pastry classes and quickly fell in love with the art of baking. What began as a hobby soon became a passion, driving me to refine my skills and turn my creativity into edible art.
This led me to launch my own business, Abby's Cake Creations, where I began showcasing my skills at farmers markets, gaining experience in selling my baked goods directly to customers and perfecting recipes that people love. I specialized in custom cakes, cookies, and confections for all occasions.
I am currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, with an expected graduation in November 2025. My experience includes working as a baker, cake decorator, and barista, as well as running a home bakery business.
It’s my passion to bring joy to every occasion through beautifully designed and thoughtfully made confections. I am a certified food handler and, upon request, can create allergen-free treats to accommodate dietary needs.
Currently, I am working toward opening my own bakery and coffee shop—a space where people can gather, indulge, and enjoy handcrafted pastries and specialty coffee.
